Advance Payment Policy

Site Visit Policy

Site visit charges apply for inspection, measurement, consultation, and quotation.

Site visit charges may vary depending on location and service type.

Site visit charges are non-refundable.

In some cases, site visit charges may be adjusted in the final bill if the customer confirms the work.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels before the worker starts travel, partial or full refund may be possible depending on the service.

If the customer cancels after the worker has arrived, site visit charges and travel charges will apply.

Repeated cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.
